Tesla Transfers ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through bookings made by email, telephone or WhatsApp. We are based at Pl. Centrale, 1936 Verbier, Switzerland and can be contacted at info@teslatransfers.com.
Data we collect: name, email address, telephone number, flight details, pickup and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and any special requirements (e.g. child seats, excess luggage) that you provide when requesting or making a booking.
Why we use it: to deliver the transfer you have booked, to communicate with you about your booking, to process payment, to comply with Swiss legal and tax obligations, and to respond to enquiries. Our legal basis is the performance of a contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating the service.
Sharing: we do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with parties strictly necessary to deliver the service — our drivers, our payment processor (for card transactions), and Swiss tax authorities where legally required. Messages sent via WhatsApp are also processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. under their own terms.
Retention: booking and accounting records are retained for 10 years as required by Swiss law (Art. 958f CO). Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a booking is deleted within 12 months.
Cookies: this website uses only strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.
Your rights: under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@teslatransfers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
International transfers: your data is stored within Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Any transfer outside these regions (e.g. via WhatsApp) is covered by appropriate safeguards under Swiss and EU law.
